Requirements

•Must have a reliable motor vehicle (travel to 2nd location)
•Must have a pleasant telephone manner
•Must have great communication skills
•Must be well versed with Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Must have flexibility (schedule is not fixed and will be four days a week.
•May be required to come in on short notice if someone calls in sick, may be asked to work 5 days a week for a holiday schedule. (FLEXIBILITY is a must).

Responsibilities

Office Duties:
•Accepting and directing incoming phone calls
•Accepting calls from customers and setting up services
•Dispatching drivers and relaying information over the radio
•Data entry
•Faxing
•Filing
•Dealing with drivers/employees
•Collecting time card
•Entering payroll (excel spreadsheet)

Scale Duties:
•Interact with truck drivers
•Weigh trucks in and out
•Provide drivers with weight documentation
•Dispatch drivers
•Direct drivers

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Part-time Office Clerk/Administrative Assistant to work with one of our clients in Brampton.

•This position will require you to work 4 days per week, 8 hours per shift.
•Days and times will vary, however, this is strictly a day position, NO afternoons or nights.
•This position will require you to work in both in an office environment and at the scales.
